In June 2017, members of Boston Organ Studio travelled to France to explore the country's rich musical landscape. Through visits to influential and historic instruments, the repertoire we study was enhanced and our knowledge increased. In masterclasses with leaders in our field, our perspectives on performance were broadened. Five days in Paris complemented a week spent near Toulouse, one of the world's richest regions for historic pipe organs of exceptional quality.
